Elizabeth’s practice focuses on general business matters and civil law, with an emphasis on civil litigation, particularly in the areas of commercial disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, lemon law, collection issues and personal injury. Elizabeth’s practice also focuses on municipal law as she represents defendants contesting traffic and ordinance citations while also serving as the prosecutor for the Village of Hobart and the Village of Gresham. Elizabeth is a founding member of Brown County Young Lawyers Association, the Honorable Robert J. Parins Inn of Court, the Brown County Wisconsin Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers of Brown County. She also serves as a Judge for Brown County High School Mock Trials and supports the area Humane Society. Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in the US District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
