Randy graduated in 1988 with highest honors from the California State University at Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his J.D. degree in 1991 from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in San Francisco, graduating magna cum laude.

Before joining Hanaway Ross, Randy was a law clerk in the United States Army where he was awarded the Army Commendation and Good Conduct medals. He also worked for two years as a litigation attorney with a national law firm in Los Angeles, California. He has had an active law practice in Green Bay since 1993.

Randy concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on real estate, commercial and business disputes, product liability, personal injury, employment law, and social security disability. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex lawsuits of all kinds. Randy has used various and innovative means of obtaining ‘win-win’ results for his clients. Randy does not shy away from the difficult case. To the contrary, he gravitates to the more sophisticated ‘cutting edge’ cases.

He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Wisconsin and California, including the Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Randy is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, California, and Florida. He has been a frequent speaker to various professional organizations, such as the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Wisconsin Paralegal Association.

Randy was recently elected as one of the Village Trustees for the Village of Allouez. He is the Board Chairman of Integrated Community Services, Inc., a non-profit housing and social services organization. Randy is vice-president of Arts Events, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to expanding cultural and artistic expression in the Green Bay area. He has also served on the Board of Directors of On Broadway, Inc., a community-based group organized to promote the economic revitalization and historical preservation of Green Bay’s near downtown west side.
